An RCD disconnects electricity when it detects a fault. Repeated tripping can involve an appliance or the wiring, and needs an electrician to investigate.

Note what was being used when the power went off and which rooms were affected. Share that information when you call. You do not need to open the consumer unit or remove any covers.
